Case Studies Show Impact of CRM Tech Solutions

Last week, Agendize gave us a look into the world of customer relationship management (CRM) technology and answered two main questions: 1. What tools currently exist?; and 2. What impact do they deliver?

Broken up into two sections, lead generation and client relations, they started with some stats that explored consumer behavior. From there, the company shared a variety of stats from case studies with clients that integrated CRM tech. Here are some takeaways:

  • Top 4 SMB inbound marketing strategies: social media (86%), email (61%), SEO (55%) and content marketing (50%);
  • 4 in 5 consumers search and call a business to check business hours (63%), book an appointment (52%) or find for booking information (41%);
  • Up to 40% of inbound calls generated with click-to-call convert into a sale;
  • Click to call can bring to clients 5x more calls, 2% conversion and universal effectiveness;
  • 40% of appointments are booked outside working hours which makes online appointment scheduling a very important tool;
  • Automatic appointment reminders can prevent up to 80% of no-shows.
