Chatmeter Elevates Customer Surveys

Chatmeter Embracing AI-based Risk Monitoring Localogy

Chatmeter announced this week that it’s releasing version 2.0 of its Surveys product. One of the features nested within its Pulse AI: Signals platform, Surveys lets multilocation businesses gather customer insights through an engine that draws out key insights from social media and direct feedback.

The latest version of Surveys boasts an elevated ability to understand customer behavior and motivations, and to do so in more automated ways. For example, it can glean insights and customer intent data from things like business recommendations or signals ingested across social media.

As you can imagine, this all leans heavily on AI. Surveys v 2.0 doubles down on the AI that already fuels the software’s functionality.  This includes the ability to analyze both quantitative and qualitative questions and to process actionable insights and recommendations from customer survey results.

Tastes & Goals

Stepping back for those unfamiliar, what is Chatmeter’s Surveys product and how does it work? It’s designed with a user-friendly interface to guide businesses through the survey-building process. It also includes a variety of design and format choices to fit a wide range of tastes and goals.

To achieve that end, the Surveys product includes (verbatim from Chatmeter):

  • A menu of more than 20 question formats to ensure quality, meaningful feedback
  • Multiple-page functionality for an optimal participant experience
  • Unlimited questions, allowing brands flexibility based on specific needs
  • Intuitive drag-and-drop interface allowing businesses to effortlessly create surveys, maximizing data collection and analysis
  • Integrates directly with existing data in the Chatmeter platform, including review data and social metrics, providing clients with a comprehensive 360-degree view
  • Allows distribution from various sources, including SMS, email, and direct URL links

Chatmeter Enhances Its AI-Powered Tools to Elevate Brand Intelligence

Strike a Chord

The Surveys product also contains a key term: AI. There are levels of intelligence baked into the product, some flowing from AI’s existing integration with Chatmeter products. For example, it uses natural language processing to derive sentiment analysis and get a better view of customer experiences.

To that end, a lot can be inferred about Chatmeter’s goals when considering that Surveys sits within the Pulse AI platform, as noted. As an AI-first product, it will continue to benefit from rapid advancements in AI, and strike a chord with time-starved brand marketers increasingly demanding automation.

For example, Chatmeter has also integrated generative AI to aid local businesses in the important but onerous task of responding to customer reviews. The key was to integrate AI in ways that bring the value of automation, while preserving the human component of local businesses. Local is all about high touch.
