L24: Birdeye Launches Partner Command Center

Birdeye Launches Partner Command Center

Today at Localogy’s L24 conference, Birdeye launched a new insights and analytics tool for its 700+ agency partners. Known as the Partner Command Center, it positions these agencies to have a comprehensive view of their SMBs clients’ marketing performance, and related actionable insights.

“The decision to announce at Localogy L24 stems from our recognition of the event as the ideal platform to engage with industry leaders, SaaS innovators, and agencies committed to local business success,” Birdeye CMO Deepak Bahree told Localogy. “It’s a chance to showcase our dedication to fostering partnerships and supporting our agency partners’ growth.”

The command center achieves this by displaying several vitals for SMBs, such as their social activity levels and performance. Altogether, this is meant to uncover strategic alignment and optimization in SMBs’ social media and broader reputation management. It’s all about better transparency.

Specifically, the command center unlocks a few key capabilities for agencies (vertim from Birdeye):

  • Create configurable reporting dashboards with detailed analytics about client product adoption and business performance
  • Enable error alerts about clients’ accounts that require attention, such as those experiencing reputation issues or decreased social media activity
  • Proactively reduce churn by identifying and addressing at-risk accounts
  • Identify upsell opportunities to grow revenue

3-Way Intersection

By keeping a finger on the pulse of these factors Birdeye empowers its SMB agency partners to be more effective, thereby boosting SMBs’ ROI, and retaining their business. This is a mutually beneficial outcome at the 3-way intersection of agency partners, Birdeye as a platform, and SMBs themselves.

As for timing and rollout, Birdeye has announced the product today at L24, and made it available in beta. The full rollout will commence on May 6.

“The Command Center’s rollout signifies a pivotal shift in empowering our agency partners with unparalleled control over client interactions and support strategies,” said Bahree. “As an industry trailblazer, we’re proud to offer insights into adoption patterns and our proprietary Health Scores, a game-changer for optimizing client success.”
