United Real Estate Taps Evocalize for Digital Marketing Tech for Agents & Brokers

United Real Estate, the nation’s sixth-largest real estate brokerage firm, has selected the digital marketing platform Evocalize to provide access to self-service digital marketing technology to United’s agents and brokers.

Multi-location brands, technology platforms, and online marketplaces use Evocalize to equip their locations, agents, and users with digital marketing technology.

Real estate has been a strong area of focus for Evocalize. The company already powers several top real estate tech platforms with self-service local digital marketing tools. Realtor.com, Moxiworks, and Side among them.

Last year, Evolcalize won HousingWire’s Tech100 award in two categories – Mortgage and Real Estate.

A Tech Forward Company

“We’re thrilled to partner with United Real Estate, a technology-forward company, and one of the fastest-growing brands in real estate. Both of our companies share a vision to equip local agents and operators with the resources essential for growing and engaging their spheres. And growing their business,” Evocalize CEO Matthew Marx, said in a statement.

“Together, we’re making it easy for the United Real Estate network to win in their markets by leveraging cutting-edge, data-centric marketing tools with only a few clicks, or even automatically based on their local data.”

MeanwhileUnited’s president said the deal will help his firm move closer to its goals of efficient lead generation.

Evocalize Wins Top Real Estate Tech Award

“This is a pivotal moment for our agents and our company,” said United Real Estate President Rick Haase.

“Cost-effective and conversion-efficient lead generation services have been a goal of our industry for a long time. Partnering with Evocalize gives us the ability to provide our Agents control of their total lead generation costs and timing.  Our Agents have the ability to master their own business development destiny, lessening their dependency on portals while reducing their overall business expense.” Haase continued, “From initial discussion to launch, the Evocalize team has provided excellent project management and implementation support.”

Evocalize CEO Marx will be a speaker at Localogy’s upcoming L24 conference. He will speak about the long-term impact of the FCC’s decision to close the “lead generation loophole.”
