Evocalize Wins Top Real Estate Tech Award

The localized marketing tech company Evocalize revealed today that it has won HouingWire’s Tech100 award in two categories – Mortgage and Real Estate.

We often wonder what the true value of awards is. At least beyond some corporate ego boosting and perhaps as a non-monetary award for hard-working teams. Neither of which are bad things.

Awards and sales are related. This is particularly so when the award is from a respected authority.

In its announcement, HousingWire explained the award’s purpose. The award’s purpose is to make its audience aware of the top tech companies servicing the real estate industry.

“We’re focused on elevating the innovators that are building paths and solutions that enable the largest and most important sector in the U.S. economy to operate efficiently and profitably. The innovators that make housing more accessible and more desirable for the 130 million households that benefit from the stability and economic advantages of homeownership,” said Clayton Collins, CEO of HW Media.

“The Tech100 program is the gold standard for organizations in housing who are at the forefront of the kind of innovation that will change the industry forever.”

The Race is on: Birdeye, Evocalize Add AI Capabilities

We asked Evocalize to help us understand the award’s significance to the Seattle-based company.

“This is an exciting time for us,” Evocalize’s VP of Marketing Justin Ulrich told Localogy Insider today.

“As the digital marketing landscape changes, more and more capabilities are created to help companies better target their audiences. But we know not everyone is a marketing expert. This is why we continually innovate, creating tools that take the most complicated marketing capabilities and make them accessible to anyone.”

A Golden Roadmap

In its announcement, Evocalize makes it clear what the true power is of awards like this. They offer a roadmap to professionals within a vertical. In this case, real estate, to the tech companies they should consider working with.

“The Tech100 program provides housing professionals with a comprehensive list of the most innovative and impactful organizations,” Evocalize said.

The company also notes that the list becomes a resource for real estate companies looking for technology partners.

Seattle-based Evocalize launched in 2012. The company’s flagship service is its Collaborative Marketing Platform. The platform is designed to be used by multi-location brands. As well as technology platforms (like CRMs), and online marketplaces to provide digital marketing services to their locations, franchisees, agents, and users.
