Evocalize Expands Capabilities into Google Display Network, YouTube

The Seattle-based digital marketing firm Evocalize announced this week that it is expanding its capabilities into the Google Display Network and YouTube.

The company said this move greatly expands the reach of its customers. This seems a given since Google has 800 million active users across all of its applications. This addition is designed to help franchisees and local operators launch local marketing programs over Google Search, Google Display Network, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

This takes just as few clicks on its Collaborative Marketing Platform, according to Evocalize.

“Generally speaking, if an agent or broker wants to push an ad across different channels, they need to create all the components of the ad on each channel, which takes a lot of time and a solid understanding of those channels,” Justin Ulrich, VP of Marketing at Evocalize, told Localogy Insider.

“One of the key benefits of the multi-channel programs we create in our Collaborative Marketing Platform is the ability to launch an intelligent local marketing program one time, and it pushes that program across multiple channels. This allows users to launch highly effective programs in minutes, offering significant time savings for them to focus their time on other critical aspects of their business.”

Evocalize is a digital marketing platform (as noted, it refers to itself as a collaborative marketing platform) that targets multi-location brands.

The company serves multiple industries but it has a particular focus on real estate. In fact, last month the company was given HouingWire’s Tech100 award in two categories – Mortgage and Real Estate. We’re generally not overly impressed by awards here, but given Evolcalize’s focus on real estate, this honor provided the company with some exceptional marketing utility.

Doubling Down

About a year ago, Evocalize raised a $12 million Series A round. At the time, we talked to Evocalize CEO Matthew Marx, to learn how Evocalize planned to use the funding. At the time, Marx said Evocalize planned to double down on its focus on the real estate industry.

And the company appears to have done just that. This is signified by the HousingWire awards, which designated Evocalize as a top technology partner for agents and mortgage brokers. Not to mention Evocalize’s recently announced partnership with Side. This deal helps boost the digital marketing capabilities of real estate agents.

Marx also said last year that Evolcalize would invest in its underlying technology. He specifically mentioned automation and machine learning.

The Company seems to have delivered here as well. In February, Evolcalize announced its AI/automation solution, EVOLVE. The company describes EVOLVE  this way. “A new artificial intelligence layer applied to its Collaborative Marketing Platform designed for franchises to save time, maximize efficiency, and improve ROI on local digital marketing initiatives.”
