Spotzer Named Finalist for ECCCSA

Spotzer Digital & IONOS were named today as finalists for the European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards 2021 (ECCCSA). The award category they’re being considered for is “Best Outsoucing Partner.” This recognizes their collaboration for SMB marketing services with business websites at the center.

Spotzer Digital, for those unfamiliar, is an Amsterdam-based SaaS business that serves tens of thousands of SMBs with websites, paid search, SEO, managed listings, eCommerce, and marketplace services. IONOS is the largest web hosting company in Europe with more than 8 million customers and 12 million domains.

As for the award itself, the ECCCSA – in its 21st year – is the longest-running and largest annual awards program in the customer contact industry. Taking place in November in London, the awards show will feature other marquee finalists including LinkedIn, Mastercard, Sodexo, and Diageo among others.

“We are thrilled to work closely with IONOS in the USA and across Europe to deliver value to small businesses,” Spotzer Digtial CEO Peter Urmson told Localogy Insider. “The power of the IONOS brand combind with the technology of Spotzer Digital is a formidable force.”
