LSA16 Agenda to Kick-Off with Facebook, Constant Contact, Google

The LSA16 Conference in San Francisco March 7-9 will kick off with interesting discussions with some prominent players in the local space: Facebook, Constant Contact and Google. Here is more details around each of these sessions:

Facebook, Local Monetization and Measurement

With 80% of ad revenue coming from mobile devices and well over a million SMB advertisers, Facebook is placing increasing emphasis on location. Facebook’s Joe Devoy will discuss Local Ads monetization and offline measurement for both national and small business advertisers.

Constant Contact: Automated Facebook Ad Creation with Email

Late last year Constant Contact and AdRoll became the first Facebook Small Business Solutions Partners. This reseller program enables technical integration with Facebook advertising. In the Constant Contact case email campaigns are automatically converted into Facebook Ads. Constant Contact’s Doug Thompson will demo the integration and discuss the early results the company is seeing.

Google, Eddystone and the Future of Location

Google Director of Engineering Chandu Thota will discuss the various ways in which location and location data fit into Google’s overall product development and thinking about the future.

Prior to these sessions will be a workshop for sales executives titled, “10 Fundamentals for Successful Sales & Service Organizations” which is free for conference attendees. After the sessions is a cocktail reception sponsored by Google.
