The customer experience platform Birdeye earned multiple trophies at the 22nd American Business Awards. The company won a Gold “Stevie” award for exceptional company growth. Birdeye also won two Silver Stevies for its annual user conference and superior customer service.

The American Business Awards have built a reputation for having a rigorous evaluation process. The award process involves more than 300 professionals spending more than three months to select winners across a wide range of categories.

Here is what one of the Stevie Awards judges had to say about Birdeye.

Birdeye’s narrative effectively showcases its significant growth and innovation, particularly with the introduction of Birdeye Social and BirdAI,” the judge said.

“Achievements such as serving 150,000 businesses, earning the #1 position in G2’s report, and surpassing the $100 million ARR milestone highlight its industry leadership.”

Birdeye’s COO and President Dave Lehman offered the following exclusively to Localogy Insider.

“We are honored to receive this prestigious recognition from the American Business Awards. These wins, including the Gold Stevie for our exceptional company growth, are a testament to Birdeye’s relentless pursuit of innovation and our commitment to empowering local businesses,”  Lehman said.

“As we celebrate these awards, we will continue pushing boundaries and introducing cutting-edge technologies that drive success for our customers in the ever-evolving digital landscape.”

Rapid Growth Acknowledged

Birdeye’s gold award for “Fastest Growing Tech Company of the Year” (under 2,500 employees), underscores the company’s recent progress. This includes hitting the important milestone of $100 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR), which it achieved in mid-2023. Currently, Birtdeye says it works with 150,000 businesses worldwide.
