What were the biggest takeaways from this week’s Localogy 2021 conference. We answered that question on a session-by-session basis all week. But what about hallway chatter and strategic convos? James Ward worked the room to see what’s on everyone’s mind. And there’s a “feast of anxiety” over acronyms (AI, ML, NLP, etc.).
Ward’s advice? Don’t chase the shiny objects, nor implement imerging tech to simply check a box. The smart appraoch is to consider the end-state and work backwards from there. What are the end-goals you want to accomplish? Remember: those in the market for a power drill are really in the market for holes.
