Hub by Thryv Gives Franchisors a Total View of Local Activity

In a move designed to strengthen its appeal to franchise and multi-location brands, Thryv announced a new software solution called Hub. The new solution allows franchise companies to roll out Thrvy’s all-in-one small business SaaS solution across multiple locations.

Thryv describes Hub as a ‘centralized command center”. This allows franchisors transparency and visibility in real-time on what is going on at each specific franchise location.

The press release announcing Hub explains it this way:

“This new management console enables multi-location businesses to roll out the Thryv software to all of their locations. With Thryv, client data, calendars, payments, marketing automation, social media and more can be easily managed and organized in one spot. Demand for small business software is at an all-time high. Hub by Thryv serves as a centralized command center, enabling transparency and visibility in real time on the happenings in each of the business locations.”

A Common View

So yesterday, we reached out to Matthew Gourgeot, Thryv’s head of corporate and business development, to learn more about Hub. Matthew told us a key driver was the franchise companies’ need for a common view of activity across multiple locations.

“If you think about a franchise company, it may have 10 locations, or 30 or 100,” Matthew explains. “The local units are using Thryv to manage their day to day operations, client experience, workflow, estimates, invoices. All of that activity rolls up to Hub. And franchisors and corporate teams have access to Hub to monitor all of the day to day, week to week, and month to month activity.”

And, Matthew added, the data aggregated from multiple locations help franchise and multilocation businesses build best practices across the organization.

Also this week, Thryv announced a new multi-year partnership with Garage Kings, a fast-growing epoxy coating brand in the United States and Canada. Thryv will help Garage Kings standardize its brand consistency across all current 32 and future franchise locations. In addition, Thryv will provide franchisees with access to dozens of resources designed to help them evolve their business.
