Agendize: Case Studies Show Impact of CRM Tech Solutions (May 21, 2015)
LSA Insider: “Last week, Agendize gave us a look into the world of customer relationship management (CRM) technology and answered two main questions: 1. What tools currently exist?; and 2. What impact do they deliver? Broken up into two sections, lead generation and client relations, they started with some stats that explored consumer behavior. UpSnap Announces 2015 First Quarter Financial Results (May 20, 2015)

LSA Insider: “Local marketing platform ReachLocal has extended its product line with what it’s calling ‘ReachDisplay InApp.’ As the name suggests these are in-app display ad units that programmatically tap into roughly 4,000 ‘premium’ publishers and more than 100,000 ‘long tail’ apps. The company has offered PC display advertising for some time. Right now it’s a pure real-time geofencing product; there’s no retargeting. However there’s a roadmap with expanded features and capabilities.”

The deals give Placed partners in the programmatic video space (BrightRoll), the location-based targeting space (Moasis, Ubimo) and with networks (Crisp Media, Mediabrix, Sito, UpSnap). YP CTO Darren Clark to Discuss Smart Data at Internet Week (May 18, 2015)

The $50 million division is just a fraction of the Sunnyvale tech giant’s business, but by the end of the year, Akhtar will help lead the transition of Yahoo Small Business into a separate company.
