Localogy Announces Annual Leadership Award Finalists

Seven Finalists Represent Local SMB SaaS, Media, and Agencies

February 14, 2022 – Troy, Michigan – The 2022 Localogy Leadership Awards spotlights executives driving innovation in their organizations, client communities, and the marketplace at large. These honorees have led the charge through another year of curveballs and pitfalls, launching new products and services, merging or acquiring, shifting operations, and pivoting on their toes – all while earning the respect and admiration of their staff, some of which chose to show their appreciation in their heartfelt nominations.

2022 Localogy Leaders Finalists are as follows:

  • Afif Khoury, CEO – SOCi
  • Florian Hübner, CEO – Uberall
  • Grant Freeman, CCO – Thryv
  • Kevin Jasper, CEO – Hibu
  • Laura Krueger, COO – DAYTA Marketing
  • Raj Ramanan, COO – Scorpion
  • Sarah Cucchiara, SVP Channel Marketing Strategy – BrandMuscle

“These leaders represent the mission and movement toward a more localized way of doing business,” says Localogy CEO, Bill Dinan, “At a time when so many are looking to cast a global net, these leaders dig ever deeper into supporting mainstreet, empowering SMBs to modernize with more advanced tools and services than ever before. That focus has brought incredible growth for these leaders and all of us in their orbit.”

Submissions for this annual award came in by the dozen, many with multiple honorees within an organization submitted by a wide variety of team members. This program’s second year has also allowed for an introduction to newer players in more geographies – adding a layer of difficulty in narrowing the list of submissions down to the final 3 honorees which will be announced March 4, 2022.

Some of the best nominations included hard numbers that demonstrated the impact of these leaders on their organization, alongside touching words that illustrate the more human impact they have made. A Hibu teammate nominated award finalist and CEO Kevin Jasper saying “Kevin has masterfully helped our organization navigate the pandemic successfully. He showed ongoing support, engagement, and steady leadership throughout this lengthy and difficult period. His method of understanding all while guiding our organization in progress and record-breaking success has been unmatched!”

Last year, Localogy honored three integral leaders in the space – Yext CEO Howard Lerman, Thryv CEO Joe Walsh, and Fluency President & Chief Product Officer, Eric Mayhew. Nominations for the 2023 awards will open in Q4 of 2022.
